I am 92 years old, and not very well equipped to make a reservation online but did so and was lucky to have Joel Vargus help me when I arrived. I went to have my 18000-mile oil change and he also let me reservation online but did so and was lucky to have Joel Vargus help me when I arrived. I went to have my 18000-mile oil change and he also let me know that I needed new brake fluid. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and the waiting area was comfortable. My experience with John Eagle Honda of Dallas was amazing and seemless. My car was towed to the dealership after close and by 6am the next morning they were sending me updates on the progress of my car! I lo and seemless.
