Bought a truck from this place. They won't call you back like they say it's been 3 days and still havnt heard from them. It's clear all they want to do is sell you a vehicle and once you sign the paperwork you can kiss their xxx goodbye.......... More
I'm concerned that I scheduled a detailing and the technicians told me as I was checking out that John Eagle Honda only does two-three detailings a year and contracts it out to the pre-owned shop acro technicians told me as I was checking out that John Eagle Honda only does two-three detailings a year and contracts it out to the pre-owned shop across the street, all of which was distressing to hear. The car was clean, job done, for a massive $200, outsourced to a different company. Great. No one answered the phone, and no one could tell me if the car was ready because it was "across the street". I won't go to John Eagle Honda again. I don't trust anything y'all say. Car cleanliness: 4.7/5. Customer service was meh. Nothing special. Simply adequate. More
