Poor service I purchased 4 vehicles from them the last 20 years. Now they have been bought out by Lynch. But would think the place in Glendale would be the same. I normally do my own maintenance but they talked me into the Pre-Paid maintenance plan because of their Warranty for Ever program. Not only did they strip out all my lug nuts while rotating my tires (using the wrong size socket) but I also found my oil filter leaking twice as it wasn't tightened all the way. They also over tightened the body cover stripping all the plastic screws as well. Granted, this was all done in their quick lube. Than when they were bought out by Lynch, they offered me $80 to cancel my pre paid maintenance when I had 4 oil changes and 8 tire rotations left totalling over $400, A mere fraction of what was really owed to me. After my repair was complete I was left with the impression that they(he) make great effort to provide quality customer care and take pride in their reputation. I will definitely be returning. I love my truck and even though hope major repairs do not become a regular occurrence with it, but when I do I will be returning to Amato. More

Had an apointment spent 2 1/2 hours discussing the deal Came to buy a 2017 Hyundai Elantra spent 2 1/2 hours at this dealership including the test drive. When we finally decided on the car we wished to purchase we got down to brass tacks. We had the price we were willing to pay and the amount of time we wished to pay it off in. That's when it went sour. They were only willing to give us 3.9 % . financing. We explained we had paid of a 30 year $129,000 mortgage in under 18 years. They said it was the best they could do. Then the salesman says I got an idea and disappears for like 20 minutes with my car keys comes driving up in a 2017 Mitsubishi Mirage G4 ES Sedan???? We came to buy a Hyundai Elantra not a clown car! demanded my keys and left. Took two weeks off car Hunting then purchased from Tri City Hyundai ! A better model Elantra at 0.9 % interest for 60 months. Oh and Amato never did a follow up call the whole 2 week period that I took a break from car shopping. More

Amato is great. Got a great deal on my Santa Fe, and their service Department makes maintenance easy.
