I needed a lower payment. I had decided I needed to lower my car payment, due to a change in my overall financial budget. I had an appointment for an oil change on my current v I had decided I needed to lower my car payment, due to a change in my overall financial budget. I had an appointment for an oil change on my current vehicle. I meant to call Ade, who had sold me my Tucson, to see if he'd be in that day, but kept forgetting. While I was in the waiting area in the Service Dept. Ade walked through. He greeted me by name, which impressed me since I bought the Tucson in October 2015. I asked if he had some time to talk, and described my need to a lower car payment. He asked me some questions about what I could afford in payments, what style I was open to, and what features I wanted. Within half an hour he had a plan in place and I was test driving an Elantra. Within three hours of first talking with him the process was complete. I had a new car, with lower payments. All the signing for financing was complete. The plates were switched over, and Ade had given me a thorough briefing of the car's operation system and connected my phone. He even downloaded the Android app to my phone and showed me how to work the GPS feature. Ade was fantastic. I appreciate his professionalism and the speed at which he made this all happen. More

Juan let me describe the car and features I was looking for and when asked, arranged for me to drive both the Sonota and Elantra vehicles in which I was interested. Juan answered all the questions I had regarding both cars and was very helpful in my decision process regarding what it was I wanted to purchase. All in all, a very pleasant buying experience of what has turned out to be a car that is even better than I had hoped. It had been a while since I had purchased a new car and I’ve been blown away with the technology which is now available. Great job Hyundai and John Amato Hyundai. More
