Great price, good salesman, dealership lacks attention to detail Went to Amato due to 1) having the vehicle close to what I wanted in stock (had everything except desired interior color), 2) Tri City's unwillingness Went to Amato due to 1) having the vehicle close to what I wanted in stock (had everything except desired interior color), 2) Tri City's unwillingness to even try to get the vehicle I wanted, and 3) great advertised internet price ($600 below TrueCar). Ade was friendly, thorough, and professional, although he was a bit harried at first: he had two other customers he was working with at the time which left me waiting for a good 30 minutes. Once we completed the sale later that evening, Ade took a good 45 minutes to thoroughly explain my Santa Fe's features, and I left the dealership comfortable that I knew what I was doing. A couple of annoying issues, though... the car was sold with wheel locks, but these were not installed (found these in the package in the rear storage compartment). The registration came from the DMV and the color of the vehicle was wrong: took a half hour on the phone with them to resolve that. Overall a good experience, but a couple of gripes. More

Amato Was There For Me Again! I was very impressed with the salesperson I had, Walter Davis II. He took the time with me to make sure I understood everything about the Santa Fe Spo I was very impressed with the salesperson I had, Walter Davis II. He took the time with me to make sure I understood everything about the Santa Fe Sport. He was very friendly. We both new it took time to purchase a new vehicle and he frequently asked myself and my husband if we needed anything (water soda). I hope Walter is still there in 4 years I would love to have him again as our sales rep. Everyone at this location has treated us with great respect......Koby the finance manager who we have known for a number of years is always great.
