Great job at Amato Hyundai, Walter! Our salesman, Walter Davis II, did an excellent job. After I test drove a Santa Fe, when I said that I wanted to test out a Ford Escape, he arranged Our salesman, Walter Davis II, did an excellent job. After I test drove a Santa Fe, when I said that I wanted to test out a Ford Escape, he arranged it for me - for the next day! And he was there when I test drove it, asking how I liked it, how it compared to the Santa Fe. He asked me if there were any things that I specifically liked or disliked; I did tell him and he really listened to what I had to say. What really impressed me, was that when I asked him a question he didn't know, he got up and asked an associate for assistance, then asked him how to use the information (a small booklet) in case I had other questions. Not many salesmen will do that. That showed me that he wanted to do the best job for me, and was not too proud to ask for assistance when he needed it. With his personality, someday he will be your top salesperson. More

Great sales team, stay away from service. My sales person, Clarke, was pretty much flawless. She helped me in every way she could to get me in the car while I was at the dealership. She never My sales person, Clarke, was pretty much flawless. She helped me in every way she could to get me in the car while I was at the dealership. She never pressured me. She was understanding of my needs. She was patient, courteous and very personable. I called the dealership a few days later with some questions and left a message on her voicemail. I had to call and leave a message on her cell after waiting for an entire day. She responded with a text message referring me to someone else to solve my problem. The vehicle was given an oil change right before I drove it home, it was a dealership loaner vehicle and overdue for service. It was overfilled by 3/4 of a quart to a quart of motor oil. I used to change oil for a living for over seven, closer to eight, years of my life. This is lazy and inexcusable. If they so easily mess up oil changes, one of the most simple maintenance services, what else is being messed up? More
