Hyundai Elantra Like I mentioned, Ade made an honest mistake, by presenting me a car that had more options than I had initially asked for , according to my budget. Like I mentioned, Ade made an honest mistake, by presenting me a car that had more options than I had initially asked for , according to my budget. I had visited the dealership 3 weeks prior. I was then offered the 2018 model at just slightly above what I had negotiated on my previous visit, this time with my desired color - electric blue (as was the color on the vehicle I test drove and my wife liked). I believe that all in all it worked out very well for all of us, a win-win situation. I commend Ade, for following up and sticking with me until My wife and I were both satisfied. For this, he wins my extra points ! More

I took delivery the day after the test drive, F&I was all set up and ready for me to sign paperwork and the salesman came in on his day off to go over all of the new features that my old car definitely did not have! The buying experience was just fine but having to wait almost 3 hours from the time I brought my check in for the new car, until I finally was able to meet with the Business Manager to complete his part of the transaction is over the top. Hope this brings it up to 25 words. More
