Just a very awful experience Went in for some service. Service manager said enterprise didnt have a car for me and it had to be a ford... so i didnt get what i was supposed to for Went in for some service. Service manager said enterprise didnt have a car for me and it had to be a ford... so i didnt get what i was supposed to for having my car serviced. Then he said the dealer didnt have a courtesy car and i had to wait, needless to say he said my car wouldnt get looked at until 3pm... then why was my appointment set for 9am? Ridiculous. They find a car for me, the service associate asks for my drivers license and and insurance. Give him my license, which experied on 6/5 and i was at the shop on 6/5 and had a hole punched through it - you wouldnt accept that even though it was still valid through threw the day. I then show him my paper license on my phone because i didnt have it on me and he couldn’t accept that either. Being my birthday and things to do i was fed up and told them to bring my car around and i was leaving. Awful experience and luckily i know the sales manager John Livigni who is a brother of a family friend or I probably wouldnt step foot in that building again! More

Return on the recall notice Heard a funny noise after I picked up my vehicle for the recall. Called Eric , left a message and he called me back within 10 minutes. Dropped my vehicle off to check to see if there was any thing wrong with it because of the grinding noise. Took it in and after doing a computer scan and test drive told me that it was ok and it could be because of the new programming of computer. 1000 mile break in. Maintenance made easy I’ve had my Ford Escape into the service center twice this month. Once for regular maintenance and once for a dashboard/airbag repair. Both visits wen I’ve had my Ford Escape into the service center twice this month. Once for regular maintenance and once for a dashboard/airbag repair. Both visits went smoothly and quickly. The larger repair job took more time and I was given an Enterprise Rent-A-Car. I was picked up at the shop and driven back for the return trip. All went well and I was never inconvenienced. Not appreciated I get it. It's a Ford dealer, not a luxury vehicle dealer. However, I spent $70,000 on a vehicle and I felt like I was being helped by Walmart cashier I get it. It's a Ford dealer, not a luxury vehicle dealer. However, I spent $70,000 on a vehicle and I felt like I was being helped by Walmart cashiers. The general attitude was lackadaisical. My experience at this dealership just pushed me away from the Ford brand. My next vehicle will not be a Ford. More
