A full regular 5,000 mile service without an appointment. The Service Writer was prompt, friendly and courteous and promised my Ford Explorer service would take no more than an hour. Took too long just for oil change. Waited 15 minutes before anyone approached me for my appointment. No clue of their process. Took over 2 hours for an oil change and no loaner.
