The tire pressure is low in one of the tires says he. 1 hour later he calls my name, the car is done. You had a nail in tan back driver side tire. It the thick tread so we fixed the tread after we took out the nail. You are good to go. I trust tose guys to do the best for both me and my Escape. I'll be back! More

Second oil change Like pick up & drop off for oil change, etc. Beautiful when returned. Concierge changed, not notified. Why put all those pages in the owner manual if you aren't going to fill them out and put in the "Dealer Stamp?" More

it's a circus with no ringleader I was waiting for someone to call to say my car was ready, no one called so I called. I called again, put on hold and after some time the girl that was there told me the service manager (Eduardo Rodriguez) would call me back. He didn't call me so I called him and he told me he called twice, I asked "what number did you call"? He called my house number about two minutes apart when I actually gave him my cell number because I was at work, and I told him to call my cell, and he is in charge??? when I went to get the car the girl was totally ignorant and told me to " just over there someone will bring your car up". I am sure she knew I was the one complaining but wouldn't you think she would be doing everything to try to make things better??? More
