WAY Over Priced for service. All though the issues were accurately diagnosed, the price quoted was So far out of the ballpark that I had to seek service else where. I successfully All though the issues were accurately diagnosed, the price quoted was So far out of the ballpark that I had to seek service else where. I successfully found the same service for a 1/3 of the price quoted by this FORD dealership. I admit that I expected a higher price but certainly NOT 3 Times the amount of other service centers. Needless to say, I will not be returning to a Ford Dealership for service in the future.... Simply put: I can NOT Afford your prices.. Good Luck More

Horrible service Went in for for a recall on my work truck at 8:45 , was told I wouldn’t be charged, had some ladders on it and they told me it would be fine with them Went in for for a recall on my work truck at 8:45 , was told I wouldn’t be charged, had some ladders on it and they told me it would be fine with them on so I left, about 6 hours later I get a call saying that they won’t be able to do any work on it due to the ladder so I went to pick it up and wanted to reschedule, they wanted me to pay for them doing no work. When I questioned it they told me they would not return my keys if I didn’t pay or they would just keep them. On top of that they kept my truck running - tank was nowhere near empty and by the time I got it back it was empty meaning that they had kept it on for the full 6 hours and didn’t bother to turn the truck off. Not sure who was working but it was Thursday the 11th. Wouldn’t recommend More
