Willing to help travelers My husband and I experienced a problem with our Ford Focus while in the Chicago area. We knew we needed to have it fixed before returning home to New My husband and I experienced a problem with our Ford Focus while in the Chicago area. We knew we needed to have it fixed before returning home to New York that morning. We showed up at Rizza Ford service at 07:00 on a Monday morning and explained our situation to Eric. He was truly wonderful to us. He listened carefully, got all necessary information, explained service fees and then had us pull the car in so it could be seen to. He was reassuring and we felt far less stressed. He also asked the shuttle driver, Ike, to please take us to a nearby restaurant so we could have some breakfast. The car was fixed, we got picked up at the restaurant, paid for the repair and were on our way back to NY by 09:15. Thanks, everyone! It was truly enjoyable to do business with you. More

Everyone is very nice. I have no problem with the dealership. I have a problem with Ford not standing behind there vehicles and what is covered and what is not covered on th I have no problem with the dealership. I have a problem with Ford not standing behind there vehicles and what is covered and what is not covered on the warranty. Too many calls to customer service saying to do this or that and then everything would be fine and covered, then after running around wasting my time to find out it was a wild goose chase and it wasn't covered by the warranty. I will think twice before purchasing another Ford vehicle. More
