No one wanted to help Drove to the service center for the first time with a new Lincoln. There were no less than 5 people that had “service manager” on their work station. Finally I saw Eric and as I approached he acknowledged me. Was friendly and started the oil change process (first 5000 mile). I was informed it would be up to 1 1/2 hours. I had some questions about features on my new car and the first 3 couldn’t answer a rather simple question. After the oil change was complete Eric came to the waiting room to get us. I ask him the same question and surprise, he knew the answer and was very instructive. Kudos to Eric or it would have been a bust. More

Bad experience No Lincoln bad service Brought 2019 Ford Fusion in for software update recall. Needed copy of registration card. Everyone walked by us like we were invisible. Instead of washing car when done with "service' they give you a coupon for a Delta Sonic Basic Brush Car wash. When did that start? When we had the Lincoln it was a different story. It took 5 hours for a "3 hour" upgrade. No one called. I had to call them 3 times before I got an answer. I never saw our "Client Service Manager" again once he got us the shuttle home. The shuttle driver was GREAT! More
