Service Mgr. Thomas Meckel gave me excellent service on 2-21-20. I came in for an oil change and inspection that revealed some problems. Tom explained them to me and I agreed to the repairs. He called arou 2-21-20. I came in for an oil change and inspection that revealed some problems. Tom explained them to me and I agreed to the repairs. He called around and succeeded in getting the major part I needed so that the work could be completed that day. Tom also made sure I got a ride home and back to the dealership when the work was done. I’m a bit ambivalent about this dealership but in the end they always make it right. Sometimes you just have to squeak a little louder to get attention. Disappointed that my extended warranty did not help with my Ford Edge. More disappointed that I had to pay 180.00 for each issue with the car.
