Retail isn’t dying because of online shopping, its dying because retailers lack common sense customer service. I’ve received better customer service over the phone with an individual half way around the world. It’s clear why Carvana and Vroom are gaining so much momentum. While I would prefer to keep my money in the local economy, I will not give Rizza another penny. Trash, just absolute trash, from top to bottom. More

My most recent experience with this dealership was to request their assistance with processing a reimbursement related to a recall for an item I had already had repaired at an independent body shop. All seem to have gone well on January 28 when I presented my paperwork and waited the 6 to 8 weeks as I was told to do. After that time. I called to find out where my reimbursement might be and was told that I needed to come back in with my paperwork again. With everything that’s going on right now and considering this dealership is not even close to my house I have no intention of doing that. It’s an unreasonable request with no explanation as to why they didn’t do their job right the first time. More
