20 years later The service area is kinda as clean as one can be. Same type of floor sealer as Hoover Dam parking garage .I think for the price paid, the value was t The service area is kinda as clean as one can be. (also had like 4 free cups of coffee) Time was spent in the lounge and if you have the means then I totally recommend the Ford dealership; but as with any and all dealerships do your research! Local non-dealer place raised there prices so they lost my business for now! More

Service advisors have been ok. I wish they’d explain more about what is being done with my car instead of me having to ask them leading questions to find anything out, but at least they are friendly. The about what is being done with my car instead of me having to ask them leading questions to find anything out, but at least they are friendly. The cashiers are not friendly. Every time me or my wife has checked out, it’s as if the employees working the cashier stations are bothered by talking to anyone. They seem to be getting upset at me because they have to put their phone down to check me out. They’re rude and have a bad attitude about answering any questions I may have for them regarding my bill or where to pick up my car. More
