Dealership shouldn't have to charge the customer $180.00 dollars for them to have your vehicle looked at to find out what the problem is on a newer car. Then for dealership to fix the problem it would cost dollars for them to have your vehicle looked at to find out what the problem is on a newer car. Then for dealership to fix the problem it would cost even more money then it should on just a muffler on a car with 43000 miles. I didn't know to have this problem be fixed would cost $901.00. So I find it that this doesnt make sense that pricing and I had to pay $180.00 to be told what the problem is. I should not have to pay for a diagnostic on something that took 20 minutes to diagnosis and two days to find what the problem was. On top of that I had to pay for a rental because they did not have evening appointments for weeks. Not very pleased with this policy and makes me think twice of buying a future Ford. More

This is the third time I have brought my vehicle in for the same issue. The luggage rack continues to come undone. One time the entire thing flew off. The staff has been dismissive telling me this happens the same issue. The luggage rack continues to come undone. One time the entire thing flew off. I would like to talk to someone who actually cares and can help take care of the problem instead of getting the response of “that happens”. I have another service appointment so this will be 4 times for the same issue. This is not acceptable for the amount of money this car costs. More

I just have work done on my cargo van, all went very smoothly I brought the van on Monday I think Mark the diesel mechanic investigated the iss pk.
