I bought this car in December 2019. Winter .I didn't check trunk. It was wet insulin and missing tire jack and handle! After driving it next week. Noticed clank when backing out of garage. Since the virus is here I didn't drive much but wife did and noticed same noise. Brought in once found nothing. Drove my wife downtown and back. Take foot of brake car doesn't move.Put foot on pedal feel thump car moves. Brought back in left over night they say found nothing. Something is wrong with the vehicle. Apprehensive about driving it! Need help from management. This is why I purchased best warranty. I want my wife safe in this car or another one. More

I brought my new car in for its first oil change service. I was disappointed in the lack of communication about the service, but more so there was no clean up of the vehicle, but the windows, not a quick ext I was disappointed in the lack of communication about the service, but more so there was no clean up of the vehicle, but the windows, not a quick exterior wash, not even a wipe down of greasy handprints on my steering wheel. Most disappointing was that none of the service providers were wearing masks,and this was in the beginning if the COVID 19 quarantine. I literally had to wipe down my own handle and steering wheel with baby wipes I had in the car. They just stood there. As a new car owner, I expected better. I guess the oil change itself was fine...who knows. More
