I visited the dealership for service with Dave Pace. He was extremely busy. He asked Sam to assist me with anything I needed until he could take care of my needs. Sam answered questions that I had regard was extremely busy. He asked Sam to assist me with anything I needed until he could take care of my needs. Sam answered questions that I had regarding my car. Sam is very familiar with the the operation and options of Cadillac SRX, he offered advice on the operation and any service that may be needed. Dave in the mean time took my car and gave me a loner. No other dealership has ever offered the service that I have received at Rizza. Thanks Sam and Dave! More

Brought my 2006 Explorer in for service and when the Service Advisor called to tell me what needed to be fixed he quoted me a price that was a few hundred dollars less than what the EXTREMELY condescend Service Advisor called to tell me what needed to be fixed he quoted me a price that was a few hundred dollars less than what the EXTREMELY condescending and rude male cashier told me the total cost was when I went in to pick up my car later that day. And my 5 year extended warranty expired 3 months ago so of course, they just now figured out there actually was something wrong with my left turn signal that would cost a couple hundred dollars to fix even though I've brought it in to be fixed several times during my 5 year warranty and was told there was absolutely nothing wrong with it. Would never recommend this dealership to anyone. More
I was DENIED service with my EXTENDED WARRENTY!! I have a F-350 Truck that I've had for years. I take care of my truck because I know it takes care of me.
