I purchased two Vehicle there I had body work done there I let you take care of my Ford vehicle. I watched how the other services writer chat with there clients. The last time I was there I was treated better. Maybe he was to busy to do one on one so that's why your missing a star. More

Second chance is a charm I brought my fusion in for transmission jerking issue. After three days they found no problems. I asked to have a transmission recall repaired while t I brought my fusion in for transmission jerking issue. After three days they found no problems. I asked to have a transmission recall repaired while they had my car. The tech told me “ No we don’t know what we are gonna do with that yet. I showed him my letter from Ford instructing me to schedule a repair with my local dealer. He again said he would not schedule the repair. Fast forward two weeks , I’m stranded at a gas station because my transmission is stuck in reverse and won’t shift forward or back. Four hours later I tow the car to Rizza. The new tech explains that it’s a one hour easy job and parts are in stock. One day rental and fusion is fixed. Great recovery from the lack of desire to honor a recall. Why does it take two appointments to fix one issue. Why do I get to lose 6 hours of my life because it wasn’t convenient for the first tech to repair. I’m discouraged to say the least. More
