Cole in service went through my diagnosis and asked more questions concerning the problem. Called back later with mechanics diagnosis w him and explained problem and repairs. Also checked on recall and made sure work was done before released from repairs. Service tech was knowledge of problems helpful. Extended service warranty bought from Rizza Ford really helped in repair costs.Cole checked out coverage before repairs made. More

Awful If i could have given the dealership 0 stars I would have. My vehicle had a recall on it for a faulty airbag. After over 2 years of waiting for the If i could have given the dealership 0 stars I would have. My vehicle had a recall on it for a faulty airbag. After over 2 years of waiting for the parts to be available, I was called and told i could finally bring my car in to have the airbag replaced. I dropped it off Monday and then was called to pick it up. I arrived Tuesday morning only to see that the cover of the airbag no longer looks secure. It looks like i brought it to a junk yard to have some guy replace it using a youtube video instead of a Ford certified mechanic. I asked to speak to the manager who i was informed was "out to lunch". I refused to take the vehicle and had parked it for them. They told me they would look into it and call me back. Two days later i get a call with excuses that the new airbag is bigger, the cover is fine and will not deploy the bag, that my vehicle is too old and the clips don't work the same. Asked to speak to the manager again. Conveniently he is "out to lunch" again and has not called me back. When you have work done on your vehicle, you expect it to look just as good, if not better than when you dropped it off, NOT worse. The only person even willing to help during this whole debacle was Eric from Client services. More
