I don’t trust Rizza with my car anymore!!!! They had my car for 3 weeks for what I was told were some wires that had been “cut”. The service rep accused me of being in a car accident with fron They had my car for 3 weeks for what I was told were some wires that had been “cut”. The service rep accused me of being in a car accident with front end and back end damage. When the only place my car has been worked on is RIZZA the place I bought it from. SMH Sad I will never take my car back to this dealership. Oh and for the record my car has never been in a accident. They wanted me to pay cash for something that should have been covered under the warranty. I had to get the Lincoln Corp office involved to get my car fixed. Then they just let my car sit on the lot for over 2 weeks without returning it to me. I had to call the Corp office back to get my car back. REALLY!!!! More

Phone not staying connected to Bluetooth screen freezes I purchased in August 8, 2018 Lincoln MKZ. About three weeks later I began to have a problem with the Bluetooth in my Apple iPhone staying connected. I purchased in August 8, 2018 Lincoln MKZ. About three weeks later I began to have a problem with the Bluetooth in my Apple iPhone staying connected. Also had a problem with the screen freezing making it impossible to use the Apple CarPlay also. Had it in the shop numerous times for well over 40 days they replaced a couple parts the issue continue to happen they then told me to strip my whole phone down which I did at the Apple store didn’t solve the problem. About 10 days ago they told me that my Apple eight iPhone was not compatible to the Bluetooth in the car. I think they should’ve known that before they replace parts and when the tech person hooked me up when I first purchased the car somebody should’ve known it. Very unhappy I have a car that six months old that I paid A lot of money for that does not work correctly. More

I purchased my car from this dealership, and continued to get my car serviced On 3/5/2019, I had scheduled a oil change with your service department. I purchased my car from this dealership, and continued to get my car serviced here because of that experience. However, this service appointment was less than pleasant. I arrived before the appointment time due to the fact this was the first time taking the car in myself. Unsure of the expectations and routine, I entered the garage and explained to the cashier that I had an exisiting appointment. Her response was “And”. Then I proceeded to ask what to do next, in which she responded with little to no eye contact. My car was then checked in at 3:13. It then took about 2 hours to get my car back at 5:07. If this is the average time of an oil change, then I am not sure this is place I can continue to service my vehicle. The service client manager responded to my messages promptly and seemed to be doing the best he could, the timing was just too long. More
Disappointed I recently bought a car from that dealer and the sales department were wonderful. Well about a month after purchasing the vehicle it was making a noise when I used the brakes. Anyways I dropped of my car Wednesday (2/27) and my appointment was on the (2/28) at 7am. Anyways, on the 28th, I waited and waited to get a phone call because I needed my car the next day for work. The service person Eric was aware of this. Well, 3pm comes by and mind you my appointment was at 7am. I called to check the status of my vehicle and was told they just started on the car and trying to figure out what was causing the noise. So I waited more and finally got a call at 5pm to get my car. After 10 hours of then having my car for, I go and pick it up. The cashier who was working that evening was extremely rude. My gas take was on full when I dropped it off and when I got my car it was then on half a tank. So not sure where they drove it to make the gas tank on half. And not to mention the car was filthy. It was cleaned when I brought it in and getting it back I was surprised they didn’t give it a car wash after driving it around to wherever. So I’m upset because it took them 10 hours and the fact that they just started working on it around when I called at 3pm, when my appointment was at 7am is horrible. I’m upset at the gas that was lost and that the car wasn’t returned clean. More
