Although a manager, Lou was very hands on working to solve my concerns. I was consistantly given updates on the progress of my vehicle. And was offered every accommodation to ensure I was comfortable during my wait. And that included a free car rental. Big thanks to Eduardo Rodriguez, my service advisor. He was the one that kept giving me the constant communication with updates on my repairs. They say first impression is everything. Joe Rizza Ford knocked it out the park. More
