Quick service Service for oil change was quick. I was very satisfied with service advisor. Disappointed once again with no car wash though. I was told why there wer Service for oil change was quick. I was very satisfied with service advisor. Disappointed once again with no car wash though. I was told why there were no longer car washes for ford vehicles and I find it a little ridiculous. I don’t even live in the area any longer but choose to still bring my car to where purchased it for oil changes. I will most likely bring my car to the local ford dealer for my next oil change for this reason. More

Ford Escape in for recall and muffler/exhaust issue I brought my Ford escape in for a recall, and also a muffler issue that I just started having. I also got an oil change while it was in. Service was completed quickly, and I was extremely happy that technician told me aftermarket exhaust parts would be a cheaper option. I did save a bunch of money, so I am really happy with your honesty. The one thing that bugs me a little was I did not receive a car wash, usually I get these when I bring my car in. Not really that big of a deal I could’ve said something while I was there but just kind of expected it. Overall very happy with the service More
