Terrible attitude in service department Never again will I buy Ford. You guys knowingly sold the 2012 Ford Focus with all of the transmission problems, all the recalls, just to scam me and m Never again will I buy Ford. Upon arriving, Scott Scociak told me i was lied to on the phone about a Customer Satisfaction program and told me 100,000 is good for a NEW car for the trans to go out.
