Since I did not have an appointment I was told I needed to wait my turn. 8 1/2 hours later I asked the service writer what the status of my car was and he told me parts needed to be ordered and it would be 4 to 5 working days until the car was repaired. He quickly arrange for a rental car and I was on my way after that long wait. The car was repaired satisfactorily in 2 1/2 working days. My only objection was the long wait and not realizing that I needed to make an appointment. More

Oil change quick Eduardo got me checked in, went over a few needs for my vehicle, checked battery and tires before asking me to wait for oil change. disappointed this time previous service at rizza very satisfactory; this time not so much; in service for 55k oil change and whatever goes with it; assume this was done with previous service at rizza very satisfactory; this time not so much; in service for 55k oil change and whatever goes with it; assume this was done without problem; two additional issues to be addressed: (1) front park assist monitor is dysfunctional: will signal alert with no vehicle/obstruction infront of truck, when vehicle is in reverse, frequently, not constantly; if turned off in "settings", will not stay off; was told at vehicle return that service tech could not duplicate the fault so nothing was done; (2) during the most extreme cold day of recent winter, after stop in coffee drive-thru, driver's window would not close; went to rizza, waited 2hrs and was told "frozen" and once thawed, was ok, nothing replaced. repeat occurrence shortly after, temperature 10-15 ABOVE 0. again, was told tech could not duplicate fault so nothing done. should this problem occur in rainy conditions or in the wrong neighborhood , serious consequences possible. vehicle was at dealership all day. when I expressed disappointment to service rep when vehicle picked up, was told I could leave the vehicle for another day. again, not a good option, not a good result.
