Since I live way out of town, I knew my process would be a little different but didn’t realize it would be this bad. I found the car I wanted, made the deal, the finance manager was one of the cattiest peop a little different but didn’t realize it would be this bad. I found the car I wanted, made the deal, the finance manager was one of the cattiest people I’d ever dealt with. The internet salesman told me everything I wanted to hear and while I was in negotiations, stayed in close contact. Once the deal was made they both dropped off the edge of the earth and it took almost two weeks to receive my car. The salesman told me it shipped one day, yet come to find out, it hadn’t even been picked up by a trucking company and didn’t ship for three days after that. Two days prior to receiving my car however, I had my payment information and finance paperwork - yet no car to show for it. More

I really had a wonderful experience at Joe Rizza Lincoln I am disable and in a wheel chair the manager his self came out and helped me with my wheel chair and was very patient with me and also sold me a Lin I am disable and in a wheel chair the manager his self came out and helped me with my wheel chair and was very patient with me and also sold me a Lincoln MKZ for less than any other dealerships that I had went to saving me about $1800.00 Thank you Rizza Lincoln and also the salesman that I was with also thumbs up More
