My wife and I were in the market to buy a used car and went to Rizza. I had checked out their website and found a Freestyle that was reasonably priced. When talking to the sales person, who was very nice went to Rizza. I had checked out their website and found a Freestyle that was reasonably priced. When talking to the sales person, who was very nice and professional, he said that an extended Ford bumper to bumper warrant for 3yrs or 36,000 miles would be $1500 and the financing would be between 4.9 & 8%. We liked what we heard, took the car for a test drive, and loved the car. We started the paperwork and waited to meet with the finance guy. When we met with the finance guy, all of a sudden the interest rate was 15% and he told us he could get a 1yr bumper to bumper warranty for $1750! I asked why it was different than the salesperson had said. His reply was the age of the vehicle, mileage and that our credit was good but not good enough for a lower interest rate. He had us totally frazzled and angry. Good news was we went to Bettehause Dodge and bought a new Grand Caravan. I new what my credit score was and it was "good enough" to get the best rate offered at the time (2.9%). I would never ever in a million years ever buy or service with Rizza Ford! More
I was DENIED service with my EXTENDED WARRENTY!! I have a F-350 Truck that I've had for years. I take care of my truck because I know it takes care of me. But now, with ONLY 115,000 miles of a 200,000 Mile E F-350 Truck that I've had for years. I take care of my truck because I know it takes care of me. But now, with ONLY 115,000 miles of a 200,000 Mile Extended Warrenty, Rizza Ford is CLAIMING NO RESPONSIBILITY for repairs! They are CLAIMING I didn't take care of my vehicle. DO NOT TRUST RIZZA FORD! Do not purchase a warrenty from them it is USELESS!! More

He even kept me up-to-date with regular text messages / email and phone calls. I loved the personal service! Adam even suggested the color for the stripe. My new car came out perfect. All of the employees I mentioned above were very helpful in locating the particular vehicle I was looking for. Also the price was very reasonable. I can't thank them enough for all the help they gave me. I in locating the particular vehicle I was looking for. Also the price was very reasonable. Service I have received previously is very good also. More
I definitely felt I was treated like I didn't know anything, and I hate to think it was because I'm a young female and was by myself, but it was not a good experience. They were not very friendly, hel anything, and I hate to think it was because I'm a young female and was by myself, but it was not a good experience. They were not very friendly, helpful, or willing to make a decent offer on my trade-in. They wouldn't give me anything other than an "out-the-door" price, so no papers with information on the vehicles that I was looking at, and then changed their OTD price when I went in the very next day! I'm happy I went with Bill Kay Ford on Cicero: WAY nicer, didn't feel taken advantage of, and didn't feel talked down to - would definitely recommend them and not the Orland Park one! Go to J.T. (sales) or Lou (manager) at Bill Kay Midlothian (Cicero & 147th). More

Liz (Internet Sales) and Isaias (Showroom Sales) were the best sales team I have EVER encountered in my 30 years of driving. Both were professional and reserved, neither pushy or overbearing, qualities attr best sales team I have EVER encountered in my 30 years of driving. Both were professional and reserved, neither pushy or overbearing, qualities attractive to this profession and outside the norm. Their deamenor made me feel in control of the sale, exactly the way the buyer should feel. Surprisingly the Internet price increased a day after I made my inquiry, however, Liz commited to the original price advertised even though no deal had been consumated. When we arrived at the dealer, unfortunately for me, another couple was looking at the same vehicle we had just driven 45 miles to see, however, Liz introduced us to Isaias and he let us take a test drive. When we had returned from the drive, we sat down to discuss the sale. The other couple had left but we believed them to be returning. We decided not to do any negotiating and found out afterward that the other couple looking at the vehicle had returned and were willing to purchase the vehicle at the new price which was $1000 more than Liz and I had agreed on. Joe Rizza Ford honored the obligation and I went home with a totally awesome car for a totally awesome price. Both of these individuals are valuable assests to their trade and hopefully executives at Joe Rizza know it. I will be back to Joe Rizza soon. We are looking at replacing our van and I want a FORD. THX so much guys! You have a customer for life. More
