He was easy-going and knowledgeable about the vehicle; even though it was just one used Chevy at a Ford dealership. I showed him the printout from the website I'd been using, which listed the "fair" price. He matched that, adding basically just the Cook County and Illinois taxes. Sold. Hamde - their finance manager - was also very easy to deal with and helpful. This was one of my most pleasant car buying experiences. More

After limited, not-unexpected negotiations, we settled on what I feel was a fair price. While they readied the new vehicle, Hamde Nassar was very personable & professional in reviewing my protection & maintenance options. I went in on a Saturday a few weeks ago and discussed a couple of car options. Salesman stated that he would work with me and even order a car if needed. Also stated he really didn't like processing the Costco Program discount. We left with he would be in contact on Monday. I didn't hear from him until I called on Wednesday. At which point he informed me he "lost" my notes. Stated he would call me back later in the day. I still haven't heard from him. Just completed purchased with Fair Oaks Ford Lincoln in Naperville. It couldn't have been a smoother car buying process. I cannot say enough good things about Fair Oaks. More
