The Edge Isias was our rep - he was very patient with us with the several visits and phone calls. Never pushy. When we first went to Ford we had sales rep Lee but were switched to Isais since he is the Costco rep. We wanted a 5 passenger vehicle. We test drove the Edge and decided on that. The only disappointment I have is that with the price of the vehicle it didn’t include the screen cover for the trunk space. More

Car wash I was in for a recall. I also needed rear brakes. Both jobs were done as promised. I was promised a car wash, wax and vacuum for my last service app I was in for a recall. I had dropped it off at 4 the night before and picked it up at 4:30 the following day. Seems like the car was there long enough for the wax and vacuum as well. More
