After 5 years the issue is still not resolved We purchased our 2013 C Max energy new from the dealership and it has been in more than a dozen times for the same issue related to the navigation and We purchased our 2013 C Max energy new from the dealership and it has been in more than a dozen times for the same issue related to the navigation and sync components not functioning and something draining the 12 V battery so the car has died and had to be towed on numerous occasions. When it gets to the shop because the battery was dead there is no record of the problem in the computer on the car. They still don't know what is causing the issue, after five years. More

It was never answered nor picked up to Followup with a page! Eric: I requested new tire pricing, he did it but forgot to give it to me. I requested 2 other things regarding repair (which tire faulty) and a copy of the 3 things for me to follow up (already written sheet) for repair since last Friday!!! I called Eric Friday around 4:09 pm and he said he would e-mail info to me. I called Monday (yesterday) and he said he was about to e-mail info to me. As if today, no reply or call back! I wanted this info so I could start on his suggested repairs! Upset and disappointed with your customer service! I just called the dealership to talk to service manager and no one is answering telephone for service department or operator (8:25 am).. More
