Disappointed I recently bought a car from that dealer and the sales department were wonderful. Well about a month after purchasing the vehicle it was making a nois I recently bought a car from that dealer and the sales department were wonderful. Well about a month after purchasing the vehicle it was making a noise when I used the brakes. Anyways I dropped of my car Wednesday (2/27) and my appointment was on the (2/28) at 7am. Anyways, on the 28th, I waited and waited to get a phone call because I needed my car the next day for work. The service person Eric was aware of this. Well, 3pm comes by and mind you my appointment was at 7am. I called to check the status of my vehicle and was told they just started on the car and trying to figure out what was causing the noise. So I waited more and finally got a call at 5pm to get my car. After 10 hours of then having my car for, I go and pick it up. The cashier who was working that evening was extremely rude. My gas take was on full when I dropped it off and when I got my car it was then on half a tank. So not sure where they drove it to make the gas tank on half. And not to mention the car was filthy. It was cleaned when I brought it in and getting it back I was surprised they didn’t give it a car wash after driving it around to wherever. So I’m upset because it took them 10 hours and the fact that they just started working on it around when I called at 3pm, when my appointment was at 7am is horrible. I’m upset at the gas that was lost and that the car wasn’t returned clean. More

Fantastic Ike helped me with a problem since Dec. Ike Mohammed, Client Service Manager, is an EXCELLENT Client Service Manager..... IKE IS "MR. CUSTOMER SERVICE"!!!. Initially I had a problem with Ike Mohammed, Client Service Manager, is an EXCELLENT Client Service Manager..... IKE IS "MR. CUSTOMER SERVICE"!!!. Initially I had a problem with a tire, and then a wheel, and he handled both issues in a VERY TIMELY CUSTOMER-FRIENDLY MANNER, He listened to my issues, made several calls on to my extended warranty company to help solve my problem. He also returns your phone calls!! I cannot say enough good things about Ike. Thank you Ike!! More
Excellent Customer Experience I went knowing I would either be buying a used Lincoln MKC or a brand new Ford Escape. Fiori allowed me to drive both of them and he gave me all the information I needed to know on both cars in order to make my decision. I decided to buy the used Lincoln MKC and he was very helpful in all aspects. He was very thorough with the process of buying the car. My mother hates going to dealerships and buying cars, it's one of her least favorite things to do honestly. Fiori made it an easy process and my mom left the dealership happy and impressed. I would recommend this dealership and also Fiori to work with because of how nice and not pushy everyone was in this dealership. My family received excellent service and even though we lived over an hour away from this dealership, I would go back there to buy another car! More
