You're typical dealership setup with sales guys in the front and then finance guys in the back. The fuel pump in my new 2024 Nautilus Lincoln failed within 1 week of purchase. I was truly devastated, disappointed and in complete disbelief. After months of deciding which vehicle would be best for m within 1 week of purchase. I was truly devastated, disappointed and in complete disbelief. After months of deciding which vehicle would be best for me and my family. The lack of urgency, support and follow up I received regarding this issue was overwhelming! This was at its best the poorest customer service I ever received. I did not hear from the General Manager at all. Afte repairing my vehicle, I was told by Jim, the employee who assisted in the purchase of my vehicle, that I would receive a free oil change for my inconvenience. I don't believe the replacing of the fuel pump in a new vehicle in a minor inconvenience. I am now concerned about future parts in this vehicle which could be improperly installed. My family and friends expressed complete shock. For my peace of mind and true acknowledgment of my horrible experience, I believe the fair resolution would be for Joe Rizza Ford to provide me with the extended warranty for this vehicle.
