Once I purchased the car, before we left the dealer, Joe Gio our saleman went over almost every option to make sure I knew how to use the vehicle. Shelby the concierge that I had met with, called to make sure I was able to work everything on the vehicle and walked me through steps to use some options. My husband had some mechanical questions and spoke with the service writer/mechanics for answers. Everyone was pleasant and helpful. I would highly recommend Joe Rizza Ford/Lincoln. More
