Was told multiple times he was looking into it and over a year has passed and still nothing. I had tire issues and went to the dealership for help since the tires were new with the vehicle and had less than 10,000 miles on the car and they did not help me and sent me away stating that the wheels had no warranty because they were bought with the car. Customer service was good before car purchase, awful after sale. They seem to not care after they made their money. I’m very disappointed and will never buy from them again. More

Very poor experience Brought car in NUMEROUS times to fix back hatch that wouldn't open (2016 Escape) I was told by a technician at a different location that back hatch la Brought car in NUMEROUS times to fix back hatch that wouldn't open (2016 Escape) I was told by a technician at a different location that back hatch latches were a common problem.. after numerous visits and showing service technician what was wrong, the issue was never fixed..After NUMEROUS unreturned phone calls AND voicemails, finally was able to make an appointment. Brought the car in at 745 AM.. Was told I couldnt get a rental car to go to work (even though i tried setting this up beforehand over the phone) because my car wouldn't be serviced for that long. 5 hours in the waiting room later, I finally get into a rental car with the promise my car will be ready later that evening. After not hearing anything until 5 PM. I got in touch with the technician and he said "they had to order a new back hatch latch" and my car wouldn't be ready until the next day..Very poor service, misleading and dishonest staff. Cost me a day of work. No apology for the inconvenience or incompetence. EXTREMELY UNSATISFIED!! More
