Before any work is started, they perform an inspection of all essential items- tires, brakes, batteries, etc- in addition for the reason you brought your vehicle in in the first place. You get a cost estimate up front as well as time to complete service. They also will offer a ride home if needed. At the end you get a status of all the essential items. Never any upselling!!! More

Amazing to work with!! Sarah was absolutely amazing. She spent hours with me and my family helping us find the perfect cars for each of us. She was extremely patient and answered all of my questions (which were a lot). She was very personable and made the process of purchasing my first car SO much less intimidating. She gave her honest opinion and was just as excited about my new car as I was!! Billy K went out of his way to help us find the best deals possible and always made us feel like a priority. Bob Burke in finance was wonderful to work with as well, and genuinely cared about helping us out as much as possible when it came to the financial side of things. Never repair any of the complaints Bought 2018 mkx and it was new 8 months ago have had back to shop for many rattles and bad interior parts that look bad like cheap-pay over 50,000 for Bought 2018 mkx and it was new 8 months ago have had back to shop for many rattles and bad interior parts that look bad like cheap-pay over 50,000 for a car and the service is never right.Also the service person says they will call and never does,also the car has 21 in wheels and tires on it and rides like junk and when talking to dealer they say call Lincoln. Car has 7000 miles on it and it is unreal that you have to turn radio up not to hear all the noises in cab. Would never recommend a Lincoln to anyone from this dealer.service is the name of the car and with out that all the warranty can not help you.Also the engine is ticking and never did and they say that is normal and I do not know but I sure do not want a gasoline auto that sounds like a diesel ! Just amazing all problems are unfounded? More
