Horrible customer service We had our car towed to them called a day later said it was fixed made it 7 miles broke down with same issue so had it towed again. Just the Usual. Great Service. My car developed a leak in the water pump. I took it to Rizza for replacement under my extended maintenance plan. As long as it was in for service, My car developed a leak in the water pump. I took it to Rizza for replacement under my extended maintenance plan. As long as it was in for service, I had them replace the oil, oil and air filters and both belts. As always, Scott Sciaky did a fine job of making arrangements for the repairs and the car was returned in clean condition. Like always when at the dealer, I checked with Luke Clarizio to see if Ford had a nice green color available yet so I could buy a new car. More

Worst used car purchase experience I've ever had. Looked for 3 weeks for a truck. Found one at rizza with options I was interested in. Drove 23 miles to look at the truck. Good test drive, shot a price, turned it down, and told salesman to call me if they found they could meet the price. Left, and got a call from salesman ge would take my offer. Drove back, gave a downpayment, started paperwork, and said I would be back in 2 days to pickup the truck. Came back, signed papers, and drove off. Not 5 miles from the dealership the low tire pressure lite came on, the service 4 wheel drive lite came on, 3 out of the 5 instraments on the dashboard stopped working, and I later found the reverse camera didn't work, which I recall asking about after the rest drive and a mechanic confirmed the 4 wheel drive was not working correctly. Call from the salesman 4 days after purchase looking for info he forgot to get, told him about the problems, said he was sorry to hear that, and hung up. Probably my 15 used car purchase, but defiately my worst experience. I don't think anyone serviced this car before it was sold. More
