A full regular 5,000 mile service without an appointment. The Service Writer was prompt, friendly and courteous and promised my Ford Explorer service would take no more than an hour. While working on one of the dealership laptop stations in the comfortable Wi-Fi equipped customer lounge, I received a text from my Service Writer that I could talk to him with any questions while I wait simply by responding to his text. I came in with no appointment and it was almost like they were waiting for me. My vehicle is registered under the Ford FleetCare Plan. More

Great Sales Girl but Why does finance take so long? I came into the dealership knowing which car I would purchase and what I was willing to pay for it. Once I test drove the vehicle and got confirmation I came into the dealership knowing which car I would purchase and what I was willing to pay for it. Once I test drove the vehicle and got confirmation on the price, I was ready to buy. I came back the next day with everything in order and I was ready to go. It took three hours for the dealership to process my paperwork and hand over the keys to the car. Aside from the time it should have taken for them to appraise my trade-in, I cannot think of any reason why I had to sit there for that long. I ended up having to pay my child care provider more than I expected due to this extremely long wait. Cass was great but obviously very busy when I was there. She was taking care of at least two other clients at the same time. Let me emphasize that Cass was great! She dove in and was very informative about a vehicle her dealership does not commonly offer. She was friendly and VERY accommodating...she even offered to come in early on the day I wanted to buy so I could get home faster. While I was waiting for finance, she kept checking in with me and made sure I was updated. At one point, I gave them a deadline for when I needed to leave and (thanks to Cass) I was pushed through very quickly after that. I realize that the dealership was busy and that the cause for delay may have been getting in to see the finance department, but perhaps there should be more than one person handling that on a Friday afternoon on the last day of the month. More
