Ford Explorer Purchase My wife and I went into the dealership in order to get a quote on our used car, to see if we would trade it in for a new car or try to get it sold on My wife and I went into the dealership in order to get a quote on our used car, to see if we would trade it in for a new car or try to get it sold on our own. Gary and Joey both worked with us and gave us a very fair price for our old GMC. While there, we also explained to Joey what type of new/used car we were interested in and he began the search for us. There was nothing on the market that was used that met our parameters so we were not planning on buying a car at that time. Joey and Gary worked closely together and were able to get us into a brand new Ford Explorer, that was loaded, with every feature we wanted and then some. Gary worked his magic and we got a brand new car for a little more that we were going to have to spend on a used car. I could not be happier with the purchase and Joey did an incredible job during the entire sale. He was considerate and funny and a pleasure to hang out with. He made the car buying experience fun. This is not surprise with this dealership. This is my second Explorer I have purchased from Joe Rizza Ford and will continue buying from them in the future. In addition, we have purchased other cars through the Rizza family of dealerships....7 to be exact....and the service has always been top of the line at all of the dealerships. I highly recommend Joe Rizza to everyone I know and will continue buying cars from them, to include a future purchase for my son next year. The five star rating system that I am allowed on this site is not strong enough for how well they do. I give them 10 stars. Keep up the great work gentlemen and I will see you next year with my son, who will hopefully become a third generation Rizza customer. More
