Great service I went in for an oil change and it wad going to take 1-2 hrs. They had a car drop us off at breakfast and came back to get us. Al has an uncanny way of knowing what is the best car for you! The very first car that he brought out for me was perfect and that's what I bought! So grateful to Gary for giving me such a great salesperson to work with. And Gary took the time out of his busy schedule to help too! The whole place is just great. I love the no pressure and relaxed feeling that everyone showed me while I was there. They now feel like family. I previously had very bad car shopping experiences elsewhere before I came to Rizza. Extremely Disappointed! Today was my lucky day! After being unable to make an appointment with Joe Rizza Lincoln, I made one with Currie Ford in Frankfort. I’ve had an ongo Today was my lucky day! After being unable to make an appointment with Joe Rizza Lincoln, I made one with Currie Ford in Frankfort. I’ve had an ongoing problem with squeaking brakes which Joe Rizza or Ogden Lincoln could not figure out. The squeaking occurred mostly when the vehicle was warm, it did not squeak all winter. I’ve talked to the Lincoln Concierge and the service manager at Joe Rizza, neither were able to help. Today at Currie Ford, they determined my caliber was hanging up, something neither of the two dealerships either couldn’t determine or didn’t want to cover the warranty work. Very disappointed and much wasted time. Currie Ford also discovered that my front rotors, (which Joe Rizza supposedly repaired),were improperly cut. As for Ogden Lincoln, when I went there purposely for a brake inspection, then added an oil change when I arrived, they forgot to do the brakes inspection but told me I needed a coolant flush and my fuel injectors cleaned which was incorrect because the vehicle only had 48,000 miles. I will never do business with a dealership I can’t trust and you can be sure that I will share my experience with everyone I could! More
Looking, Finding, Found, Bought, Happy I came to Joe Rizza Ford and Lincoln, to look at an MKS on 06/16/19. I found a Lincoln Continental, that haunted my dreams. My salesman, Joey Gio, was I came to Joe Rizza Ford and Lincoln, to look at an MKS on 06/16/19. I found a Lincoln Continental, that haunted my dreams. My salesman, Joey Gio, was informative and created a fantastic incentive for me to drive the car home that day. Due to a promise I made my husband, I didn't, ooh but it was hard. The car haunted my dreams, on the following Thursday, I saw fantastic deals by Lincoln on the car and decided to give Mr. Gio another call. He offered to run my information. Thanks to him and Bob of the finance department, by Friday 2:30 pm, I received the call, my financing went through and I picked up my car around 4:00 pm. I needed a review on all of the technology that comes with the car and was promptly scheduled with a Concierge to provide training on the systems. Quick and effective to match a beautiful car and I am very happy customer. More
