I had an issue with my 2019 F250. Engine light was on and hard starting. I contacted my service advisor Scott Sciaky at Rizza Ford. He was able to get me set up with an appointment quickly. The trouble was d hard starting. I contacted my service advisor Scott Sciaky at Rizza Ford. He was able to get me set up with an appointment quickly. The trouble was diagnosed by the technician Mark and my truck was repaired in a timely manner under warranty. Mark also did a recall service on my truck. Scott was great with his communication and pleasant demeanor. Great experience! I'm glad I purchased my truck from Joe Rizza Ford of Orland Park. More

Live our new Explorer. The first time we have ever ordered a vehicle with what we wanted will do it again. Gary the guy who he’ll with that process was fantastic. Only issue we had was that we were allowed to leave the dealership without actually having insurance on the car. When traded our car in we had to remove that car from insurance. And when we left Friday with new car we found out on Monday that it was not insured . More
