1. I called ahead of time to see if I could use a coupon from a different dealer and I was told it would be fine - when I showed up for my appointment, I was given a hard time about it - bad start, but I wa from a different dealer and I was told it would be fine - when I showed up for my appointment, I was given a hard time about it - bad start, but I was willing to get over it. 2. I was told I “could use” a $450 service (to change all the fluids). This just came off as someone trying to make a sale. I expect this when buying a car, but not during service appts. If I NEED something for the car, then of course I won’t hesitate to take care of it. If I NEED something, then it should be explained to me so that I understand it. 3. And finally, in my opinion the worst and dumbest offense, one of your employees (a young man), was walking around the cashiers area without a mask. And I can say with almost certainty that the only reason he put it on is because I looked directly at the mask dangling around his neck. It’s not like I saw him eating. He was just standing there talking to his cashier friend, and then I had to stand in that same space while I paid my bill. Thank goodness it was me and not my immunocompromised family member who will now be getting their service done elsewhere. More
