I purchased a 2018 Camaro for my son last month from Joe Rizza Acura, communicating mainly with Elizabeth and Pat. I'm in St. Louis and all discussions were done through email/text and phone and those 2 were a pleasure to deal with. Really setting the tone for what a dealer/client relationship should be. I've bought 10-15 cars and this was perhaps the smoothest transaction with a car dealership that I've ever had. My folks actually flew in and drove the car back and the dealership picked them up at the airport and were incredibly accommodating. However, on the ride home the car was driving a bit funny. Long story short, the dealership stood behind the sale and covered the cost I had to incur in St. Louis with a Chevy Dealer to fix the problem. I was worried it could have gone wrong 10 different ways, but they made it as easy as possible. I couldn't recommend them with more enthusiasm. Thanks for making the purchase a great experience. My son couldn't be happier! More
