I have to think the two people who help me on the sale and the finance officer getting it done. I wasn’t too happy with the online sales person and is all attitude. It’s about the sale in general. If it wasn’t for the other two sales people and the sales manager, I probably would’ve backed out of the sales More
JOE RIZZA, I have never been so disgusted with a company let alone any human being. I bought an Acura mdx last Thursday night, took it home, had the car for about 10 hours…when the engine light came on. Min let alone any human being. I bought an Acura mdx last Thursday night, took it home, had the car for about 10 hours…when the engine light came on. Mind you, I have 3 children in the car. The car then started smoking, smell of burn, and was stopping when driving. Contacted the salesperson right away (which he was great, the only one who helped and had empathy) was told don’t worry we’ll get you out I understand. It’s the weekend, so here I am driving this car that had issues with my 3 kids in hopes nothing would happen. The GM was supposed to call me , never happened. The salesmen then said can you take it in Wednesday we gta fix the car anyway, so I said sure even tho I wanted to take my previous car back. I asked what’s going on with this deal I want out of? I contacted you before my car loan went through and was processing. He said GM isn’t there he’ll talk to him. Fine, another day goes by, I finally said enough. I went in saying I want out what is going on?! Vinny, who was very unprofessional tries to call me out in front of other customers. But I’m sorry don’t you have a baby on the way? What if this was your fiancee? Would you let her go through this???? No you only care about you sale. They won’t take the car back. I left , I called Pat who was nice or seemed nice over the phone the story , he told me come in. I came in, right away Vinny with his attitude is saying I’m not doing it , yet you made it personal now since my kids were in the car. Pat says pretty much nothing. Sorry we don’t take cars back. OK , I know multiple dealerships that WOULD NEVER put a customer through this with her 3 kids for days when i told them right away to the deal , this isn’t okay. Any normal person would completely understand and make it right. Then when I purchased the vehicle the finance manager leaves before the deal is done, another unprofessional move. Throughout this whole process, Giovanni, the salesman had been nothing but great, with compassion and tried anything to figure this out even though he failed. Vinny had also said some very inappropriate things to me that I don’t think his fiancee who just had a baby would appreciate either. I contacted my the credit union, contacted corporate, I don’t want it to go legal but if I don’t hear good news from either JOE or corporate then I don’t have a choice, Joe Rizza, you don’t need to have your dealership run by people like this. This is negligence. I have proof and witnesses of anything you’d like to see or hear from that I’ve stated. More
Average car buying experience. Like most other dealerships. Nothing special. Not good, not bad. Just meh. Typical back-and-forth regarding pricing. Some inaccurate information reg Like most other dealerships. Nothing special. Not good, not bad. Just meh. Typical back-and-forth regarding pricing. Some inaccurate information regarding history of the car that I purchased. I was able to make the repairs on the car myself. Took a long time to get my title in the mail, As the dealership took the entire 21 days allowed by law to send it off to the state. Personnel at the dealership were smoking outside in the area where the cars are to be picked up after being sold. Again, very average car buying experience. More
