Dale and Chris provided an excellent Internet purchase experience on a almost-new 2012 Acura MDX Advance (<5000). The vehicle was exactly as described and advertised. Chris was kind enough to pick me up at the airport making the entire process very smooth and easy. By far the best experience with a car dealer I have ever had. No run-around, no trying to add random charges. Worked out the price over the phone, got there and that was the price. Ted and Denise made this the easiest car buying experience ever. Everything was ready and waiting for us when we got to the showroom. Denise was especially attentive to us, ensuring that we got the best price possible for our trade-in as well as for the model we were thinking of purchasing. Honestly, we were just coming to look at the car but decided to buy on the spot because we knew we wouldn't get a better deal anywhere else. Kudos to Ted as well. As a long-time friend, I'd often heard all the stories about how he bends over backwards to help local Acura owners with their service needs to make it as simple and easy as possible. This time we got to see it in person as I know he worked closely with Denise to get everything set up for us. And frankly, Ted was the only reason why we even considered purchasing an Acura. You don't get customer service like that anywhere else! Thanks everyone. More

I've bought my last 5 vehicles there , and as long as mark berry works there rizza Acura will always get my buisness!
