I was welcomed to his office, he was kind enough to explain everything to me, then he gave me different options on my extended warranty for my MDX. Good customer service We are using Joe Rizza Acura service center for last 12 yrs. We can depend on them. We live in Munster, so, it is quite a drive for us. I have 2006 Acura MDX ; I always take my car to them. Had couple of issues with them in the past. But each time they took care of it right away.
