A Pleasant and Surprising Appointment The service was surprising. I was surprised that I could get an appointment on the same day that I called. I was also surprised that I was given a loa The service was surprising. I was surprised that I could get an appointment on the same day that I called. I was also surprised that I was given a loaner while my care was being service. I was further surprised when I was prepared to purchase two sets of brakes was told that I only needed to purchase just one set. The service people could have told me that I needed both sets of brakes even if I needed only one set. Their honesty was surprising although I have never been treated poorly or overcharged since purchasing my car from them over seven years ago. So I really receiving a triple outcome on the same day was surprising such as getting a same day appointment, a loaner car, and a less expensive bill than I expected.. Kudos to the Joe Rizza Acura service department!!! More
