Oil Change I had an oil change done on my 2017 Acura, I have had issues with the last 2 oil changes, they did not empty the oil drip pan. The service manager as I had an oil change done on my 2017 Acura, I have had issues with the last 2 oil changes, they did not empty the oil drip pan. The service manager assured me it would be double inspected this time. I also requested that they look at the read drivers side door handle as it was loose. When I got in the car I checked the oil percentage gauge to find it was not reset. I had to go back in and have them perform this. The next day the rear door handle piece fell off. I also asked concerning a tire rotation, but never heard anything about if it needed it or not. They did want to sell me filter replacement and lower fluid replacement, but I told them no for both. I'll be looking elsewhere for no on for service and car purchases. More

Needed a new key fob The girl who wrote up our order asked us (my daughter and I) if we wanted a complimentary car wash after they programmed the key fob. We told her it The girl who wrote up our order asked us (my daughter and I) if we wanted a complimentary car wash after they programmed the key fob. We told her it wasn’t necessary as my husband had recently washed it. We jokingly suggested that it could probably use a dusting. We then went outside to look at all the new cars to pass the time. When we came back in we noticed the lady who wrote up our order (unfortunately I don’t remember her name). She was actually dusting off my Car! She had taken us seriously and was dusting it off. Everyone we dealt with was more than helpful! They were all friendly, knowledgeable, courteous and just a pleasure to deal with. More
Recall work I was in for two recalls on my 2017 MDX. I was told the work would take approximately 2hrs. Another good experience purchasing a new RDX I liked the fact that no one was too pushy and that they were patient with our decision making process. They even brought the vehicle from another dealer as they did not have the exterior/interior color combination we wanted on their lot. Our salesman, Steve, seemed very knowledgeable about everything concerning the SUV we purchased and was certainly helpful in showing us how to set things up such as phones, navigation tools and safety features before we left the dealership with our new vehicle. This is our second time purchasing a vehicle at Rizza Acura. I’m sure we’ll be back when we purchase another. More

Great experience! Came in to look at a new car for our daughter. Worked with Denise Manikouras. She has sold us cars before and we really enjoy working with her. She’s Came in to look at a new car for our daughter. Worked with Denise Manikouras. She has sold us cars before and we really enjoy working with her. She’s very helpful and straightforward. She made our daughter feel very comfortable through the whole process. Chris Chojnowski also helped her by going over and familiarizing her with specific functions of the vehicle.
