Another problem as driving out of just performed service Had service done with the radiator, ball joint and catalytic converter. Went in to pick up the car and pulled out of the lot and the battery light wa Had service done with the radiator, ball joint and catalytic converter. Went in to pick up the car and pulled out of the lot and the battery light was on. Returned and now the alternator needed to be replaced. Seems strange the light just turned on as I was leaving after prior repairs. Did receive a discount for second repair but somewhat concerned that was told the car was checked out prior to me picking it up. Granted, was given a loaner car, however, it was an inconvenience that I believe could have been avoided. When I take a vehicle in to Acura for repair/service I look to you as the pro who will insure all is safe and correct. Somewhat concerned that might not be the case. More
The complete solution. I previously took my car to one of their competitor's to troubleshoot my charging issue. The company charged me for a starter and battery. I took my car back to this company two more times for problems with starting the car. They stated the second time that they found nothing wrong and had my car for three days. After the third visit and a battery replacement I had the same issue again. I then took my vehicle to Joe Rizza Acura and had no more issues. Lesson learned! More
