Never missed a beat I had an unexpected engine issue on my way back from the city. I thought I could make it to the dealership so I called service and got connected to Ch I had an unexpected engine issue on my way back from the city. Charlotte assured me everything was gonna be fined and upon making it to the dealership she had a loaner ready for me so I can continue my workday and properly address the issue with my car. A part was necessary and the dealership turned around in pristine condition in a matter of a day.
